For most stores the manual-payment-method route ships today with zero Partner-app paperwork. It uses the same `POST /api/v1/payments` API as our WooCommerce and Magento plugins, plus HMAC-signed webhooks (`X-Cryptpe-Signature`, Stripe-style) to flip Shopify orders automatically.

1. Free API key (no KYC): https://crypt.pe/signup → Dashboard → Gateway → Create API key (`sk_live_*` + `whsec_*`).
2. Follow the guide to add the manual payment method and deploy the ~40-line middleware (Vercel/Cloudflare Workers/Railway).
